It is Saturday afternoon and I desperately need to be cleaning . . . and so I blog! (We will talk about procrastination issues another time.) We made artichokes the other night because they were on sale, I like them and I like to broaden our family food palette as much as possible.

After dinner, I was waiting for Margo to return to her room with water in her hand when she walked in with these instead: perfect impressions of teeth marks left in the artichoke leaves. Without saying a word, we both burst out laughing! These could only belong to one person in our family and we knew it. His mark had been made.
